Tips for a good new Year! Happy 2020

Good Morning Dear Readers Happy New Year for you all!

This text were writen at  January 14, 2020, and I came  here to give you tips on how to start a good year, following the Traditional Chinese Medicine knowledge:

How about detoxing?
We usually commit a lot of abuse between Christmas and New Year’s Eve. We have a lot of sweets, lots of fats and we consume much more alcohol than usual. Therefore, if you are part of most people who have committed these “gastronomic heresies”, I invite you to clean up your Liver and the your Spleen.

Some tips are already well known! Drinking water with lemon in the morning for a week and avoiding, at all costs, milk and its derivatives will already help on the function of these organs, and you will detach and become healthier. Auriculotherapy points like: Liver, Spleen, Pancreas and Metabolism will also be excellent allies.
In Systemic Acupuncture: SP2, SP3, LI3, ST25, CV3 points are extremely important.

About the New Year’s Eve Promisses

We always start a new year with many promises as these ones: losing weight, going back to gym classes, getting a new job, finding a way to make more money… However, most of the promises remains on New Year’s Eve. Most of the times lacks us courage and initiative! Acidic foods as pineapples, passion fruit and cherry will be useful for us to focus on a healthy behavior in our lives, in addition to the points that have the same indications, which are LR3, GB40, GB41, GV20, GV24, ST8…
In auriculotherapy, the Apex point will be the one that will reconnect you with your ‘need to be done things’ and it will help you on a ‘decision-making situation’.

To let bad things go

When the New Year begins, there is also the willing to get rid of everything that is bad, to put a full stop on the bad events and move on. However, there are many people who has many difficulties putting the past behind. For these people, we indicate fiber-rich foods that will help a properly intestines function and it will work as a “physical and mental” detachment. The good acupuncture points for these needs are SI3, SI5, LI4, ST22.
In auriculotherapy, Small Intestine, Large Intestine, Metabolism and Emotional Tension points will be on perfect helping.

In addition, remember: the moderate and frequent physical activity, balanced meals, resting hours, sunbathing and meditation will get your life healthy and happy for the whole year!

Let’s start with the ‘right foot’…what do you think about it?
A fantastic 2020 to all!
Big hugs, everyone…
